Radioactive Sago Project are a Filipino Jazz-Rock band I know absolutely nothing about, but this video erwinromulo sent me is fucking crazy.  This song is called ‘Wasak na Wasak,’ from their album Tanginamo Andaming Nagugutom sa Mundo, Fashionista Ka Pa Rin, which translates to “Fuck You A Lot of People Are Dying of Hunger and You’re Still a Fashionista”  If anybody needs me, I’m going to be hunting down that record so I can hear the rest of it.

Spoken word-jazz-funk-punk-avant chacha band from Quezon City has released three albums: “Radioactive Sago Project” (2000), “Urban Gulaman (2004), and ‘Tanginamo Andaming Nagugutom sa Mundo Fashionista Ka Pa Rin” (2007). Up to now, still wallowing in the tragic murk of poverty.
